St Anthony’s Catholic Kindergarten
Our newly established, St Anthony’s Catholic Kindergarten is a charity-based centre with the capacity to cater for 44 children per day. Our Queensland Approved Kindergarten features:
- A qualified Early Childhood Teacher
- An art studio (called an ‘atelier’) where children can engage in artistic expression
- Learning experiences following principles from STEAM – Early years Science, Technology, Engineering, The Arts and Mathematics
- Early Learning Languages Australia (ELLA) program - our focus language is Japanese
- Participating with the St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School in liturgy and events
- Regular prep visits and joint activities to assist with transition from kindy to school
- Nature play in our mud kitchen and gardening in the veggie patch.
- Keeping families up-to-date through our online communication application – ‘Storypark’
