St Joseph's Catholic Primary School was established in 1917 by the Josephite Sisters to serve the catholic families of the far western town of Blackall and its surrounding properties. Blackall has a rich environment that includes a natural artesian water source and the Barcoo River.
The school provides education of children from Prep to Year Seven. Our Mission Statement emphasises a child centred education which recognises and respects the needs and talents of each individual. This is central to what St Joseph's and our patron saint St Joseph are all about.
